Mix Water Max is a high performance pre-additive for concrete. Its unique chemistry surrounds cement particles, further hydrating them to create more cement binder. This produces a denser, stronger concrete while virtually eliminating bleed water—saving you time and money. Mix Water Max also reduces plastic shrinkage cracks due to the decrease in volume of evaporated water lost.

 

​  Densi-Max - Makes denser, stronger concrete

Silicate hardening compounds are widely used to increase the density, strength and hardness of concrete surfaces world wide. Hardening compounds are used prior and post polishing on the surface to increase the abrasion resistance of concrete during everyday use.

 

​  Densi-Max + Repellent - Makes denser, stronger concrete, plus repels water

Several generic materials such as sodium, lithium and potassium silicate are used for this purpose. All of them chemically react with calcium hydroxide (portlandite) to produce calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H) the binder that the cement initially forms in concrete to form its strength.

​  MCast - Add water without reducing viscosity

M-CAST™ is a zero VOC synthetic additive specifically designed for water retention in vibro compacted /“semi-dry” concrete applications. This is an extremely thixotropic additive that allows the user to increase the level of water in concrete formulations without sacrificing high viscosity / form retention under static conditions. Under shear, these concrete formulations have fluid characteristics. The increase in water will allow more cement to be fully hydrated thus increasing the strength of the concrete.

 

​  MFlow

M-FLOW™ is a high-performance aqueous dispersant designed for use in concrete applications. M-Flow is a new generation of polycarboxylate formulated without an additional anti foaming agent due to its unique chemistry.
De-foamers are typically oil based and tend to rise to the top of the storage tanks in these water based products leading to inconsistent air entrainment, especially in warmer weather. This inconsistency can lead to reduced concrete strength and yield issues.

Concrete and masonry water repellent. Helps protect concrete and masonry from cracking and spalling by reducing repeated wet/dry and freeze/thaw cycles caused by penetration of water and water-carried salts. Because water can’t penetrate, surfaces are more easily cleaned and maintained than untreated surfaces. Properly applied, Repeller produces no surface film. Treated surfaces keep their natural breathing.
